ParentPay
St Aidan’s preferred method of payment to the school is via ParentPay.
ParentPay.com is an online 24/7 payment system (designed specifically for schools) allowing you to make payments to the school and view your child’s catering balance and details of transactions.
If you have any questions about your ParentPay account, please email: parentpay@staidans.co.uk.
Catering
At the beginning of their school life at St. Aidan’s, students are issued with a swipe card. The card has an embedded smart chip and has many uses around school including working as a catering card, a library card, ID card during exams and operating access controlled doors.
The student is required to have the ID card in school at all times. The cost of a replacement card is £5.00 and should be ordered via your ParentPay account.
The preferred method of payment for catering is via ParentPay. Please email parentpay@staidans.co.uk for your activation codes or if you have any questions regarding your account.
Please top-up your child’s catering account by 9:30am to ensure cleared funds by lunchtime.

Trips
All trips are available on ParentPay and this is our preferred method of payment. ParentPay also provides a means of giving online consent.
Payments by cheque should be payable to St Aidan’s C of E High School and be placed in an envelope with your child’s name, form and trip clearly marked on the outside. Cash payment is discouraged, if you need to pay by cash please contact the Finance Office. Receipts are available to view via ParentPay, as are outstanding balances. For any general queries relating to all school trips please contact Mrs McDonald via email.
Gift Aid
St. Aidan’s is an Academy and as such our Gift Aid Scheme continues to be absolutely essential to enable us to pay some of our building costs and maintain a high quality environment in the school. All parents of new students are invited to join the voluntary donations Scheme.
Financial Assistance
The cashless catering card system in operation at St Aidan’s ensures complete anonymity for those on free school meals. If you believe you may be eligible for free school meals for your child, please click here.
Bursary Application
If you are aged between 16 – 19 years and considering applying for the Sixth Form but think you might struggle with costs for education, you may be eligible for a bursary. The Bursary Fund primarily targets the most disadvantaged students, for whom financial difficulties present a serious obstacle to participation in education. Bursaries may be awarded at the discretion of the school and will be paid termly.
