Polite reminder for Year 8 parents/carers:
There is still time to give consent if you have not already done so for your child to receive the HPV vaccination. Please note you can also opt out if you do not wish for your child to have the vaccination. We encourage you to respond so we can respect your preference and plan for the day.
Your child in YEAR 8 is due to receive the HPV vaccination at St Aidan’s Church of England school on Friday 26th April 2024. The HPV vaccination is for both boys and girls.
Since September 2023, the HPV vaccination is now given in a single dose in Year 8.

Polite reminder for parents/carers of students in Year 7 -Year 11
Please book onto the Safeguarding Parents Evening taking place on Monday 29 April 6.30pm in St. Aidan’s Main Hall.
Late Applications
Students who would like to apply for a place in the Associated Sixth Form, have missed the application deadlines, however Applications will be reopened on 22 August (GCSE Results Day) here, on our websites. Applicants should complete the form, either Internal Application (someone who was in Year 11 at St Aidan’s or St John Fisher) or External Application (students from other schools) on 22 August and email their GCSE statement of results at the same time to associatedsixthform@staidans.co.uk. They will be contacted within a few days to be told if we can offer them a place on their chosen courses.
